Georgia Hargreaves
Founder
Georgia founded Mecklenburgh Search in 2015. The firm fills permanent technology, operations and transformation roles, often for people with a consulting or professional-services background looking to move into industry.
Before setting up the firm, Georgia spent five years in recruitment at Gardiner Vane, having started her career in publishing. She read English at Edinburgh, sits on the board of a small theatre and mentors first-generation graduates.
She still works a desk and remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business.
